PRODUCT RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND

Please ensure that you are confident with the items you are purchasing before you go ahead with your order, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Studio Skin consultations are always highly recommended as you will receive a prescription list of skincare product recommendations tailored to your specific skin.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS 

Rest assured that all of the products we stock are tested out thoroughly, used and loved by us at Studio Skin. It is rare to come across faulty products, however, this can unfortunately happen from time to time. If ever this is the case, we want to assist you in making this right! We will simply require a few photos or a video clearly displaying how the product received is defective and if we also agree that the product is defective, we will arrange a courier collection from your order address. From there we can send you a new replacement or exchange product with no extra shipping costs at your expense. These exchanges can be made within a 30-day period of receiving your order only.

 

PRODUCT REACTION

Rest assured that all of the products we stock are tested thoroughly, used and loved by us at Studio Skin. We do encourage that consultations are had with our skin professionals, to minimise the risk of choosing an unsuitable product for your skin. If ever a product reaction occurs, we want to assist you in making this right! We will simply require a few photos or a video clearly displaying the product reaction encountered and if we agree that a reaction has occurred, we will arrange a courier collection for the affected product from your order address. From there, we can send you a replacement product based on our skin professionals substitute recommendation, with no extra shipping costs at your expense. These exchanges can be made within a 30-day period of receiving your order only.

 

DEPOSITS

BOOKING DEPOSITS

All deposit payments are non-refundable and will be kept on your account as credit. This is transferable and can be used toward future appointments or product purchases.

PROGRAM DOWN PAYMENTS

Treatment program deposits are non-refundable, however, may be transferred to store credit if you have a change of mind on the treatment you booked - provided you give more than 48 hours notice before your allocated appointment time.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW/RESCHEDULE

We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. We kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. If 24 hours notice isn’t provided and/or you fail to show up to your appointment, your deposit will be lost.
As cancellations, last-minute changes to appointments and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on our small business, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy to other clients and your therapist - If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened accordingly.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

STUDIO SKIN will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information or details to any third party without the client's consent, unless for the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary required by laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

 

SAFETY & HYGIENE

At STUDIO SKIN, we are committed to ensuring your personal safety whilst creating an enjoyable environment. We strive to ensure that all treatments are carried out in compliance with the NZ beauty association. All treatments will be performed by highly qualified staff, using sterile tools and using hospital-grade disinfectants. We kindly ask that if you have anyone accompanying you to your appointment, they wait in the waiting area for safety and hygiene reasons.
