How to earn and redeem points online

Sign up online before your next shop to start accumulating points. It's free to join. Click on the 'Rewards' tab in the bottom left hand corner to sign up and start collecting points on your STUDIO SKIN online orders. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 1000 points within a year, you will receive a $50 reward, which can be redeemed toward any item of your choice when you next shop online.

Points are automatically accounted for under the Smile reward system. You can keep track of your points/rewards on your payment email receipts or by logging into your Smile account. Note that points cannot be earned on sale/promotional items/offers and shipping fees.

Online & in-store point collections are non-transferrable as they run off of two different systems. 

How to earn and redeem points in-store

You can now earn points for all your in-store spending - on treatments (including deposit payments), skincare, and supplements purchases! Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 1000 points within a year, you will receive $50 credit, which can be redeemed toward any treatment or product in-store.

Points are automatically accounted for under the Timely booking system and there is no need to sign up. You can keep track of your points/rewards on your booking and payment email receipts. Note that points cannot be earned on sale/promotional items/offers and promotional treatments.
