Cosmelan 2 is an extremely effective cream designed to reduce hyperpigmentation. This treatment helps to restore radiance and clarity by softly removing uneven pigmentation.
Cosmelan is a depigmenting method that has an intensive corrective action on skin hyperpigmentations while simultaneously regulating the overproduction of melanin in the melanocytes, inhibiting and controlling the appearance of new dark spots. It has a dual corrective and controlling action, achieving short- and long-term results by keeping hyperpigmentation under control.
Cosmelan 2 can be used on its own at home as part of your skincare regime or as a maintenance cream following the in-clinic Cosmelan treatment.

The use of Cosmelan 2, with its highly active ingredients, may cause skin redness and mild peeling in the skin in the initial stages of use.
- It is very important to wear a high SPF whilst using Cosmelan 2 Depigmentation Cream - The use of Mesoestetic Melan Pigment Control SPF 50 or an SPF from our Heliocare range is recommended.
- No more than a pea size of product is to applied per application - AM & PM. If sensitivity occurs, use once daily until your skin can tolerate use twice daily.
Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 Depigmentation cream is NOT suitable for use during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding.
